Founded in 1947, The Nassau Lawyers' Association of Long Island is an organization of attorneys joined together for fellowship. Its purpose is to aid in the administration of justice and render assistance, wherever possible, to the practicing attorney. With over two hundred fifty members, the Nassau Lawyers' Association ranks as one of the largest bar associations of its kind in the country. Our membership is made up of distinguished members of the bar and other professionals. The members are always available to assist each other and offer advice in their particular field. We pride ourselves on the informality of our monthly dinner meetings. One or our goals is to bring members of the judiciary together with members of the practicing bar. |
