Jayson A. Wolfe, Executive Director

Jayson A. Wolfe is a partner in the law finn of Greco and Wolfe, PLLC in Garden City, New York. Mr. Wolfe’s primary areas of practice are Elder law, with a particular focus on special needs planning and the specific area of guardianship law as well as Trusts & Estates. A large part of his practice focuses on intricate Medicaid planning and obtaining government benefits for his clients.

Jayson A. Wolfe graduated Touro College, Jacob D. Fuclisburg Law Center in 2002. Jayson was admitted to the Bar in July 2003. Prior to attending Law School, Jayson spent 7 years as a professional Social Worker working with various populations including persons with a dual diagnosis of mental illness and drug addlCtion and persons who have physical and mental limitations due to a disability such as a traumatic brain injury or cerebral palsy or schizophrenia.

Jayson A. Wolfe is the current Executive Director of the Nassau Lawyers’ Association of Long Island, Inc. and has held this title since 2011. Jayson is the first member in the organization’s 72 year history to hold the office of President for two terms (position held from 2008- 2010).

In 2014, the Nassau Lawyers’ Association of Long Island, Inc. awarded Jayson with its annual award in recognition of his distinguished service to the community and the legal profession.

Jayson A. Wolfe is an active member of the New York State Bar Association (Elder Law section,) and the Nassau County Bar Association (Elder Law and Trusts and Estates sections).

Mr. Wolfe is also an active member of the Touro Law School Alumni Council. Mr. Wolfe volunteers as a mentor for troubled youth as part of the Nassau County Bar’s Student Mentoring Program since 2016.

Jayson A. Wolfe resides in Syosset with his wife Lori and their two children Emily and Bryan and their dog Cocoa.
